Bench styles
Our bench designs include the Plaza, Village (backless), Central Park, Santa Fe, Sun Sphere, Regency, Gables, Classic and Chippendale. They range from heavy strap-seat park benches with curved arms to open, decorative garden benches with sunburst, arched or geometric backs. You can see each style in the photos below. We can also build a one-off bench to your design.

A bench can carry a cast or engraved plaque with a name, dates or a short dedication on the backrest. Churches, cemeteries, schools and memorial gardens often use them to honor members, donors or loved ones. If you’re organizing a memorial bench for a public space, check with the property owner (city, school, church or cemetery) about placement and approval first.
Materials and installation
We work in steel, aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel, brass, bronze and wood. Steel benches are heavy and sturdy. Aluminum won’t rust and is lighter to move. Wood slats on a metal frame give a warmer seat. Benches in public places are usually bolted to a concrete pad so they stay put. We plan the anchoring with the site.
