Fabco Fabrications, Inc. builds custom gates, railings, fences, signs, mailboxes, benches and sculpture, and offers on-site mobile welding and repair, for Rome, Georgia and the surrounding region. Our shop and showroom are at 5592 Cave Spring Rd SW, Cave Spring, GA 30124, in Floyd County just southwest of Rome, so most of Northwest Georgia and the edge of Alabama are within an easy drive. Rome, GA
Rome is where most of our work is, from historic homes near downtown to newer neighborhoods and businesses. Downtown is about 12 miles (around 20 minutes) northeast of the shop. Rome customers call us for driveway gates, stair railings, iron fences, signs and repairs to older ironwork. Downtown, the Dancing Flower sculpture on Broad Street credits Fabco’s Jimmy Birdsong as fabricator.
Cave Spring, GA
Our shop is about 5 miles (roughly 10 minutes) from downtown Cave Spring. If you’re local, stop by the showroom, open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, to see finishes and talk through a project in person. Call ahead at (706) 232-2642.
Floyd County communities
We work throughout Floyd County, including Lindale and Silver Creek to the east, Coosa to the northwest, and Armuchee, Shannon and Mount Berry north of Rome. Most are within about 25 to 35 minutes of the shop.
Cedartown, GA
Cedartown, the Polk County seat, is about 15 miles (around 25 minutes) south of our shop, one of the closest towns outside Floyd County. Cedartown projects can include porch and stair railings, ornamental fencing, entrance gates and repairs to older iron fences and gates around the town’s historic homes and churches.
Rockmart, GA
Rockmart, also in Polk County, is about 28 miles (roughly 40 minutes) southeast of the shop. For homes and farms around Rockmart we can build driveway and farm gates, add gate openers, put up fencing, and build railings for decks, porches and steps.
Summerville, GA
Summerville, the Chattooga County seat, is about 35 miles (around 50 minutes) north of the shop. Long rural drives and older homes make entrance gates, ornamental mailboxes, porch railings and iron repair good fits for Summerville-area customers.
Cartersville, GA
Cartersville, the Bartow County seat, is about 33 miles (roughly 45 minutes) east of the shop. For Cartersville homeowners, builders and businesses we fabricate interior stair railings, balcony rails, entrance gates, signs and commercial metalwork, with fabrication done in our shop and installation on site.
Centre, AL
Centre, the seat of Cherokee County, Alabama, is about 26 miles (around 40 minutes) west of the shop, just across the state line near Weiss Lake. We build railings for decks, porches and lake-house steps, gates, fencing and custom fabrication for customers in Centre and the surrounding area.
